| Abstract: | The preparation procedure and data processing program of gas standard samples for titanium and titanium alloys.The accuracy and stability of the gas standard samples are satisfactory upon inspection for a long time. They can be used for calibrating hydrogen and oxygen analytical equipment as well as for the determination of hydrogen and oxygen in metals. |
