中成药中杂质元素的测定和样品前处理方法的研究

摘    要:应用ICP0-AES法,测定中成药中的As,Cd,Cr,Sb,Sn,Pb等杂质元素,通过添加标准回收试验,比较了5种不同前处理方法的效果,其中,采用硝酸作灰助剂,并用水溶解残渣的干式灰化法,可实现对6种元素的同时测定,该方法具有快速,准确的特点,用于日常中成药产品的检验,获得了满意结果。

Abstract:The measurement of several impurity elements, such as As,Cd,Cr,Pb,Sn and Sb in Chinese traditional medicines by means of ICP AES, and different digestion methods for sample pretreatment were investigated. The effect of medium, amount of acid and coexistent elements in these Chinese traditional medicines were also studied.Meanwhite the accuracy of the measurement results was verified by a so called method named "recovery of standard". A sample pretreatment process named as "dry ashing" was proved to be effective for ICP AES analysis. Experimental results showed that this method is simple and quick with high accuracy.
