| Abstract: | CaSO4 phosphors activated with Sm3+ impurity in varying concentrations have been prepared and their electroluminescence systematically studied. The voltage and
frequency dependence of brightness is discussed and conclusions are drawn regarding the possible mechanism involved in the
process. |
