分散网络化制造模式下协调调度的遗传算法

摘    要:讨论了在生产实际问题中利用遗传算法实现具有各制造单元间协调功能的生产计划与调度系统,为了把遗传算法应用到生产实际的协调调度的环境中,提出了自己的编码方式,在此基础上实现了针对调度问题的遗传算法,并通过Agent实现异地调度系统之间的协调通信,这一工系统适合于分布式、自治的场合,满足分散网络化控制中各个分布式单元具有智能与自主的控制特征要求。

Abstract:In order to adapt the rapid market changing,the extended enterprise based on dispersed network manufacturing was constructed as a dynamic enterprise organization structure.A new requirement of its production control and scheduling is merged out in decentralized environment.In this paper,considering the application of genetic algorithm in a real production control,a job-shop collaborative scheduling system with the communication between different production units is implemented.A special encode technique is studied.And the communication between two different production units uses the intelligent agent.This collaborative scheduling system,with specialties that every production unit has its own intelligence and self-organize,could be used in decentralized manufacturing environment.
