摘    要:本文研究了2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基-哌啶氧自由基(简写TMHPO自由基)对丙烯酸单体自由基聚合的阻聚效应,当其用量为单体用量的0.1-0.3%时阻聚效果显著。特别是TMHPO自由基-BQ-PT混合阻聚剂,效果更为突出,远优于碘(KI)及其它丙烯酸通用阻聚剂。另外还讨论了TMHPO自由基-BQ-PT配方协同效应机理。

Abstract:The high inhibition effect of 2,2,6,6-tetra-methyl-4-hydroxyl piperi-dine-oxyi (TMHPO.) on radical polymerization of acrylic acid, initiated by benzoylperoxide, has been studied. The results showed that the inhibition effect was predominant when the amounts of TMHPO. were approximately equal to 0.1-0.3% of those of acrylic acid, and became more prominent especially when TMHPO. was the incorporated with 1,4-benzo-quinone and phenothiazine. For presumably, these were a synergistic action between TMHPO. and other inhibitors such as 1,4-benzoquinone and phe-nothazine.
