| Abstract: | The radio-over-fiber(ROF) technique is a promising solution for the future integrated broad bandwidth networks.In this paper,the typical architecture of the ROF system is introduced and its advantages are analyzed.Some critical techniques relative to the combination between the ROF and 3G,intelligent transportation system(ITS),and ultra wideband wireless communication are investigated.Also,the developing trend of the broad bandwidth communication technology is discussed. |
