摘    要:本实验研究了利用深层培养的平菇菌丝体进行富集、转化微量元素锌的过程中,不同浓度的锌离子对菌丝体生长的影响;并对各处理组的过氧化物酶的活性进行了分析。结果表明,10-50ppm的Zn2 件浓度对菌丝体生长有促进作用,其中20ppm的Zn2 浓度促进作用最为明显;100 ppm以上的Zn2 浓度对菌丝体的生长有抑制作用,过氧化物酶活性均低于对照组。

Abstract:In this article, the effect of different Zn2 concentration on the mycelia growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied during the process of enriching and transforming Zn2 to the mycelia cultivated in liquid media. The results demonstrated 10(50ppm Zn2 could accelerate the growth of mycelia and the activity of peroxydase was higher than the control group. Most obvious effect was found in the group of 20ppm Zn2 . The growth of mycelia was inhibited by the concentration of over 100ppm Zn2 ,and in those group, the activity of peroxydase was much lower than the control.
