Normal Ordering Solution to Quantum Dissipation and ItsInduced Decoherence

Abstract:We implement the normal orderingtechnique to study the quantum dissipation of a single modeharmonic oscillator system. The dynamic evolution of the system isinvestigated for a reasonable initial state by solving theSchrödinger equation directly through the normal orderingtechnique. The decoherence process of the system for the casesT=0 K and T≠0 K is investigated as an application.
