| 摘 要： | 对启新水泥有限公司生料均化系统进行反求,结果表明:该生料均化链的均化效果不理想,主要原因是预均化堆场布料取料存在较大问题,生料均化库均化能力差,导致入窑生料标准偏差大。

| Abstract: | After reverse analysis of raw meal homogenization system,conclusions have been drawn that the homogenization effect of the homogenization chain is not desirable.The main reason lies in distribution and discharge of raw materials in rehomogenizing stochpile.Comparably large problems exist and the ability of homogenizing soil of raw meal is poor,which leads to a big deviation standard of raw meal feeding. |
