摘    要:以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,采用改进的水热法制备了BiFeO3微晶。采用浓度为0.1mol/L的前驱物沉淀制备得到非常均匀的尺度为10μm的微球,经超声分散可以得到100 nm的均匀颗粒。XRD研究表明BiFeO3纳米颗粒具有斜方的钙钛矿结构。扫描电镜结果表明BiFeO3纳米粒子具有立方形貌。而TEM结构分析表明BiFeO3纳米颗粒具有完整的单畴结构;磁性分析表明纳米的BiFeO3颗粒具有弱的铁磁有序。制备的BiFeO3具有Fe-O键的伸缩振动和弯曲振动,证实了Fe-O八面体的存在以及BiFeO3具有钙钛矿结构。

Abstract:BiFeO3 powders were prepared by the hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3· 5H2O and Fe(NO3)3· 9H2O as raw materials.Very even crystallites with a size of 10 μm was obtained,The nanopaticles with 100 nm was obtained by ultrasonic dispersion.SEM results showed that BiFeO3 nanoparticles are cubic.TEM results indicated that the BiFeO3 nanoparticles present prefect mono-domain structure.Analyzing on magnetism showed that the BiFeO3 nanoparticles present weak antiferromagnetic order.Vibration of stretching and Bending were observed and it confirmed the exist of octahedral and the BiFeO3 has perovskite structure.
