| 摘 要： | 煤炭是我国主体能源的重要物资基础。但是,煤炭资源现状不容乐观,勘探程度低、经济可采储量和人均占有量少,资源浪费严重,生态环境和水资源严重制约着煤炭资源的开发,必须科学地、客观地认识煤炭资源优势和资源现状,合理开发和利用煤炭资源。
