摘    要:阐述了一种利用光电检测方法对透明容器内的液位进行监控的系统设计。系统利用激光平行于液面射入后被凹液面反射的光学现象实现了非接触式测量。实验证明该系统抗干扰能力强,具有良好的稳定性,监测误差仅为0.30%,能广泛应用于医疗、工业、家电等领域。

Abstract:A design of monitoring system is describes in this paper. The liquid level of transparent container can be monitored by the system, which is based on photovoltaic technology. Liquid level can be measured by non-contact way. The principle of the measurement is that laser is reflected by the concave surface when it injected into surface in parallel. It has been proved that the system have a good anti-interference ability and a good stability by experiments, and the monitoring error is only 0.3%. It can be widely used in medical, industrial, household electric appliance and other fields.
