| Abstract: | A practical algorithm is given to transform estimating the weight vector of a generalized judgment matrix into estimating the weight vector of an ordinary judgment matrix, and at the sametimes, a new method of the consistancy test of a generalized judgment matrix is proposed in this paper. |
