摘    要:Metallophthalocyanine derivatives with polymerizable vinyl groups were synthesized, characterized and polymerized. Preliminary results on their Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film formation and the electronic properties of (Indium-Tin Oxide/LB-film/Al) Schottky devices were reported.
