“双师”结构教师队伍激励机制的研究

摘    要:高职教育的人才培养目标决定了高职院校教师队伍建设必然走上一条“双师”结构之路。探索一种包含有效的诱导因素、明确的行为导向、合理的奖惩幅度在内的“双师”结构教师队伍激励机制非常重要,其合理的激励机制是“双师”结构教师队伍建设的核心保障,统一明确的行为导向则是建立激励机制的关键。

Abstract:After indicating that the talents training objective of the higher vocational education determines the building of the double division type of teaching staff structure, the paper claims that it is very important to construct an incentive mechanism which includes effective inducing factors, definite behavior guidance, and reasonable system of rewards and penalties. Then, it further explains that such a reasonable incentive mechanism is the core guarantee of building the Double Division Type of teaching staff structure, and the unified and definite behalvior guidance is the key to the construction of the incentive mechanism.
