Bloch定理的严格证明及晶体电子态研究

摘    要:本文用群论严格地证明Bloch定理和系统地讨论晶体中电子态的一般性质而不用解Schro-dinger方程.主要结论是:电子能级分裂为能带;波函数具有平面波与周期函数相乘积的形式,即所谓Bloch函数.所有能带和波函数都用两个好量子数R和K来描写.这些函数形成平移算符{T(R_n)}和哈密顿算符H的共同本征函数完全集合,并具有正交归-性.

Abstract:In this paper, Bloch's theorem is proved exactly by grouop theory, and the general properties of the electronic states in acrystal are systematically discussed without solving Schrodinger equation. The main conclussions follows: the levels ofan electron are split into band energies and the wave functions have the product form of a plane wave and a period function,i. e. Bloch functions. All band energies and wave functions are describid by two good quantum numbers n and k. Thesefunctions form a complete set of the simultaneous eigenfuinctionsof the displacement operators{T(R)} and the HamiltonianH. and are orthonormal each other.
