万寿菊叶黄素的提取与皂化条件的研究

摘    要:为了提高叶黄素的收率,需要优化叶黄素酯的提取和皂化条件,采用单因素实验设计确定万寿菊叶黄素的提取和皂化条件.实验结果表明:采用正己烷-丙酮-无水乙醇-甲苯(10∶7∶6∶7,v/v)混合溶剂作为提取剂,提取温度为45℃,提取时间为20 min,以每毫升甲醇溶液中含0.4g氢氧化钾为皂化剂,在55℃下进行热皂化,提取及皂化效果较佳.

Abstract:In order to improve the yield of lutein, it is necessary to optimize the conditions of lutein extraction and saponification. In this paper, optimal processing conditions were determined on the base of single-factor experiment. The extraction agent was a mixture of hexane-acetone-ethanol- methylbenzene with volume ratio of 10:7:6:7 and the extraction was at 45 ℃ for ca 20 min. Hot sa- ponificaton at 55 ℃ with potassium hydroxide in methanol 0. 4 g/ml was used.
