Zur Phosphorylierung von N,N-Dimethylharnstoff mit POCl3, N,N-Dimethylbiuretophosphat

On the Phosphorylation of N,N-Dimethylurea with POCl₃. N,N-Dimethylbiuretophosphate (H₃C)₂NCONH₂ and POCl₃ in a molar ratio of 4:1 are allowed to react in liquid SO₂. After evaporation of SO₂ remains a viscous liquid which crystallizes 8–10 days later. The alkaline hydrolysis of the crystals leads to (H₃C)₂NCONHCONHP(O)O₂]^?, which is precipitated from the cold concentrated solution by gaseous ammonia. The biuret group is produced by the action of primary formed upon (CH₃)₂NCONH₂ in the viscous reaction liquid.
