摘    要:采用LLP变分法研究了抛物量子阱中极化子的Rashba效应,得到了极化子基态能量的表达式,并讨论了半阱宽及波矢与基态能量之间的关系.结果显示,基态能量是半阱宽和电子-声子耦合强度的减函数,而是波矢的增函数.由于Rashba效应基态能量零自旋轨道分裂成两支.

Abstract:The polaron Rashba effect in a parabolic quantum well is studied by using LLP variational method. The ground state energy expression of polaron is derived and the relations between the ground state energy with the half well-width and wave vector are discussed, respectively. The results show that the ground state energy is a decreasing function of the half well-width and the electron-phonon coupling strength. However, the ground state energy is an increasing function of the wave vector. Due to the Rashba effect, the ground state energy of zero spin-orbit splits into two branches.
