| 摘 要： | 研究猬实小孢子发生及其雄配子体发育的特征。其花药壁的发育属双子叶型，小孢子母细胞减数分裂为同时型，四分体主要为四面体型，成熟花粉为三细胞型，具三萌发孔。绒毡层为变形绒毡层，花粉成熟时药室内壁有条状加厚。

| Abstract: | Kolkwitzia amabilis Graebi,a single species of K. genus of Caprifoliaceae family,is uniqueplant of China.It iS delt with that microsporogenesis and development of male gametophyte in theplant. It is discovered that its anther wall development follows the Dicotyledonous type and the meio-siskind of microspore mother cell is of simultaneous type. The arrangement of microspores in tetrad istetrahedral and decussate. Mature pollen grain is of the 3- celled type and possess of triporate. Tapetumtype is amoeboid. |
