摘    要:报道用不对称的法布里-珀罗(AFP)多光束干涉膜测量极化聚合物的线性电光效应。将聚合物在有高反射膜的载体上旋涂成膜后进行电晕极化,利用聚合物自身的反射率和高反射膜构成不对称的法布里-珀罗膜,用这种聚合物电光薄膜的自由放置方法和反射式光路构造电光检测系统,测量了铟锡氧化物共同波导上的电信号,并对系统的工作原理进行了理论分析。结果表明,不对称的法布里-珀罗薄膜具有线性电光效应,在1kHz正弦波时系统得到了5mV/√Hz的电压灵敏度。

Abstract:The linear electro optic measurement of poled polymer utilizing an asymmetric Fabry Perot (AFP) multiple reflection film was reported. The polymer spincoated on the high reflectivity (HR) glass was corona poled, and an asymmetric Fabry Perot film was form based on its own reflectivity and HR glass. An electro optic measuring system was established based on standing free technique of this AFP film and reflective configuration. The principle of the system was analysed in detail, and the voltage se4nsitivity about 5 mV/Hz 1/2 was obtained as 1 kHz sine input electric signals propagating on coplanar electrodes.
