易解石族矿物的Raman光谱和光致发光谱研究

摘    要:测定并讨论了中国白云鄂博矿区变生及退火晶态易解石族矿物Raman光谱和光致发光谱,与退火晶质矿物相比,变生态易解石的Raman光谱和光致发光谱的强度降低,谱线宽化弥散,说明在变生过程中,矿物的结构发生畸变,元素分布趋于无序。分析表明,易解石族矿物在514.5nm激光激发下的所有光致发光谱峰均出自Nd^3+的辐射跃迁。

Abstract:Raman and photoluminescence spectra of the metamict and annealing recrystallization titanoaeschynite (Nd) and nioboaeschynite (Ce),found in Baiyunobo mineral deposit in China,have been measured and discussed.The peaks or bands in the spectra of the metamic minerals are weak,broad and diffuse,but sharpen notably after heating.The results show that the distortion of the structure and disorder state of the elements exist in the minerals when natural crystalline minerals transformed into metamict minerals after a long period self irradiation structure damaging.And all bands in the photoluminescence spectra of the aeschynite group mineral stem from emission transitions of Nd 3+ ,when 514 5 nm laser is used as the excitation source.
