一种新型多环光路光学电流传感器的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一种采用多环光路传感头的光学电流传感器的设计方法及对其特性的研究结果。实验表明其灵敏度可增大到单环光路光学电流传感器的三倍,达到6.57×10-5rad/A,测得的噪音等效电流为11.3mA/√Hz.

Abstract:Tbedesign and the performance of an optically based Faraday current sensing systememploying a novel sensing element,using the so-called“complementary reflections”scheme,isreported.This new design not only increases the overall sensitivity of the device by a factor of three,but also makes it easy to align the current measuring element in the system,With the use of this newoptical element,a sensitivity of 6.57×10-5rad/A and a minimum detectable current of 11.3mA/√Hz have been achieved.
