PVA/AA共聚共混物的合成及评价

摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料制备了一种聚乙烯醇接枝丙烯酸共聚共混物.通过正交实验确定了最佳制备条件,并对其性能进行了研究.红外光谱(FT-IR) 和差示扫描量热(DSC)结果表明,AA在PVA分子链上发生了接枝共聚反应,形成PVA/AA共聚共混物,且该共聚共混物具有良好的水溶性、粘结性和耐温性.由保湿性和渗透性试验表明,由该共聚共混物和一定量的助剂配制成的抑尘剂能够避免煤炭和灰沙等在运输过程中的扬尘污染和损失,达到较好的抑尘效果.

Abstract:Poly(vinylalcohol)(PVA) / acrylic acid(AA)graft copolymer-mixture was prepared from polyvinyl alcohol and acrylic acid by copolymerization.The optimum preparation conditions were determined by orthogonal test and the properties of the graft copolymer-mixture were tested.The structures of the graft copolymer-mixture were characterized by FT-IR and DSC.The results indicate that graft copolymerization occurred between AA and PVA chain.The cohesiveness,water-solubility and heat-resistance of the poly(vinylalcoh...
