静电纺丝法制备TiO_2/ZnO复合纳米纤维

摘    要:利用溶胶—凝胶的方法,将不同量的乙酸锌、钛酸丁酯溶剂及高分子材料混合搅拌,从而获得不同比例的前驱体溶液,然后经过静电纺丝及高温煅烧,获得一维TiO2/ZnO复合纳米纤维,通过扫描电子显微镜对其形貌进行观察,并用XRD确定其组分。

Abstract:It mixing and stirring different amounts of the zinc acetate,butyl titanate solvent and polymer material using the sol-gel method, so as to obtain precursor solution in different proportions, and then through the electrospinning and high temperature calcinations,obtain one dimensional TiO2/ZnO composite nanofibers,the morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and determined the component by XRD.
