摘    要:基于迈克尔逊干涉仪,通过只在单一光路中插入或在两光路中均插入不同厚度的石英玻璃研究了白光干涉的相干性。测量玻璃的折射率以检验所购材料是否合格。

Abstract:Coherence of white light interference has been investigated based on Michelson interferometer by inserting quartz glass slices with different thickness only in one light path or in both two light paths. The refractive index of the glasses has been measured, indicating the small uniformity of the materials.
