| 摘 要： | 针对近年来物理科技创新基地发展的特点，结合国家对拔尖创新型人才创新能力的培养目标，提出了网络化时代背景下物理科技创新基地管理和运行模式的改革措施，为我国高校物理科技创新基地的建设和运行提供参考，有助于促进拔尖创新型人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Taken into account the development features of physical scientific innovative base and the training objectives of the innovative ability of outstanding innovative talents, this paper proposed several reform methods for managing the physical scientific innovative base in the information age. It is believed that these experiences are helpful for construction and management of other scientific innovative bases and will promote innovative talent training for physical protection industry. |
