高校实验教学立体化创新模式的探索与实践

摘    要:本文在创新的"长效驱动机制"和"目标利益激励机制"下,就如何让教师创新积极性与学生创新积极性相结合,探索和实践将实验教学课与通识选修课相结合的立体化创新模式,以期达到让创新人才培养在教育中驻足,提高学生创新素质和创新能力。

Abstract:Under the guidance of the long-term innovative motivation mechanism and target-interest driven incentives, an attempt is made in this paper to discuss about the ways to motivate both teachers and students to bring their innovation drive in full swing so as to construct a multi-leveled innovation teaching mode with experiential teaching and liberal optional courses combined, in which the creative talent training will be indispensable to higher education and students' quality and creativity might be enhanced.
