| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the long-term innovative motivation mechanism and target-interest driven incentives, an attempt is made in this paper to discuss about the ways to motivate both teachers and students to bring their innovation drive in full swing so as to construct a multi-leveled innovation teaching mode with experiential teaching and liberal optional courses combined, in which the creative talent training will be indispensable to higher education and students＇ quality and creativity might be enhanced. |
