Abstract:Two series of compounds: (1-oxa-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphobicyclo2,2,2]octane-4-)methtyl-N-substituted carbamates and 1-(1-oxa-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphobicyclo2,2,2]octane-4-)formyl-2-substituted benzoyl hydrazines were synthesized. The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Some of them were verified by MS. The biological activities of these two series of compounds were examined.
