| 摘 要： | 葡萄糖是人身体中的重要组成物质，其浓度的高低对身体的健康有着重大影响。本文在实验测量的基础之上，经过分析，在近红外光谱区找到了随葡萄糖浓度变化而变化的区域，并运用PLS法（Partial Least-Square，偏最小二乘法）在该区域内对葡萄糖溶液进行定标，取得了较好的结果。

| Abstract: | Glucose is an important substance in human body,and its concentration has a great influence on the health of people.This paper analyses a series of near-infrared absorption spectra of different concentration of glucoses and uses PLS (partial least-square) method to set up a calibration model in a certain region.A satisfactory result is obtained. |
