| Abstract: | Capillary electrophoresis was first employed for the determination of pKa values of 6 aldohexose isomers based on their differential migrations within the capillary tubing. The pKa values obtained were found to be independent of the separation voltages. The quantitative basis of pKa determination was also discussed. |
