稀土-铅合金在硫酸溶液中阳极行为研究

摘    要:利用极化曲线、阳极恒流腐蚀、室温析气实验等研究了稀土低钙高锡型铅钙合金在硫酸中的阳极行为,研究结果表明稀土的加入改善了合金的电化学性能,相关结果进一步丰富了免维护铅酸电池开发研制的理论和实践,具有重要的意义。用SEM对腐蚀膜的形貌进行了分析,同时测试了膜的力学性能。结果表明:新型铅钙合金的耐腐蚀性能较好,稀土的加入使阳极腐蚀膜具有良好的力学性能,有利于电池深循环性能的提高和板栅与活性物质之间的结合,对延长电池的使用寿命有促进作用。

Abstract:The anodic behaviors of low calcium and high tin lead alloys with rare earth element were studied in sulfuric acid solution using polarization curves, anodic constant current corrosion, gas evolution experiment at room temperature. The results show that rare earth additive can improve the electrochemical properties of the lead calcium alloy with high tin content and low Ca content. The corresponding results were important for enhancing the theory and practice of manufacturing lead acid battery. Then, the layer morphology were observed by SEM, and the mechanical properties of the film were also tested. The results show that corrosion-resistance behavior of the new lead-calcium alloy is better than that of traditional lead alloy. The addition of rare earth element can enhance the mechanical properties and conductivity of the film. These are beneficial to the improvement of deepening recycling property of batteries and the conjunction of the grids and active materials so that the battery life can be increased.
