| 摘 要： | 本文报道了磅酚酷与氢氧化钠水溶液的反应.反应能迅速地进行，生成梭酸盐和谛酚钠盐，酸化后释出狡酸，同时产生的磅酚被空气氧化生成二啼醚.

| Abstract: | Tellurol esters can react with aqueous sodium hydroxide solution quickly and produce carboxylates and salt of tellurol by BAC2 mechanism. After acidifying, carboxylic acids and tellurol are liberated. The later reacts with oxygen to give diphenylditelluride. |
