| Abstract: | A fundamental software on IBM PC/XT for a fully automated high-perfor mance liquid chromatographic system has been developed. The software which includes the control of high pressure gradient device and autosampler, control and data acquisition of fast scanning photodiode array detector can been used for closed-loop control and feedback of whole system. It showed experimentally that the systems not only have the capabilities of chromatographic quantitation and peak identification, but also carry out the ones of self-diagnosis and methods development. |
