大豆磷脂的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:采用正相高效液相色谱法,梯度洗脱程序和蒸发光散射检测器对大豆磷脂组成进行分析,在15min内将大豆膦脂中4种重要组分:卵磷脂,脑磷脂,肌醇磷脂和磷脂酸与其它组分完全分离,用外标法对这4种重要成分进行定量,线性范围为0.2-5.8g/L,回收率为96.7-100.8%;相对标准偏差为0.82%-1.34%,方法用于实际样品测定,获得满意的结果。

Abstract:Soybean phospholipids were analyzed by positive-phase hi gh performance liquid chromatography using gradient eluted program and evaporati ve light-scattering detector. The four important components, phosphatidyl cho line, phosphat idyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl inositol and phosphatidyl acid of soybean phos pholipids were separated completely with other components in fifteen minutes.The quantitative analysis of the four important components has been achieved with external standard method.The linear range is 0.2-5.8 g/L. The recovery of the method is 96.7%-100.8%,the relative standard deviations is 0.82%-1.34%. This m ethod has been applied to the analysis of soybean phospholipids.
