摘    要:针对焊缝缺陷X射线实时自动检测技术普遍存在误检高的问题,研制了焊缝缺陷X射线实时自动检测系统,提出了工业胶片智能检测系统中采集和控制的同步问题的研究方法,设计了步进电机的控制方法与光电编码器采集方法,采用Cortex—M3内核的STM32进行步进电机速度的采集与电机速度PID控制,同时,步进电机带动夹持机构使胶片相对CCD运动,线阵CCD开始采集图像。只要CCD的线频率与扫描机构的运动速度同步,就可以采集到没有畸变的图像,运用LMD18245全桥电机驱动器等器件以及设计所需的相关软件的使用。在此基础上,对系统进行设计、编程和调试,该系统在压力管道焊缝缺陷实时自动检测中验证了其正确性和有效性。

Abstract:For X-ray real-time automatic weld defects detection technology are widespread the problem of high error checking, developed a steel pipe weld defect X-ray real-time automatic inspection system, industrial film development put forward the intelligent detection system synchronization problems of acquisition and control in research methods, this paper design the control method of stepper motor and photoelectric encoder collection method, through the series of ultra low power MCU STM32 stepper motor speed acquisition and PID control motor speed, at the same time, the stepping motor drives the holding mechanism make the film CCD movement, linear CCD began to collect images. As long as the CCD line frequency synchronization with the rate of movement of the scanning mechanism, can be collected without the distortion of the image, using LMD 18245 motor drive device and the design of the whole bridge required the use of relevant software. On this basis, the system design, programming and debugging. The system validates its effectiveness and correctness in pipe weld defect X-ray real-time automatic detection.
