摘    要:为探究多胺对海洋微藻扩繁的影响, 在外加外源多胺条件下对假微型海链藻、角毛藻、东海原甲藻、扁藻和微绿球藻进行室内培养. 结果表明: 在适宜温度条件下(23℃), 外源多胺对不同微藻生长差别很大, 其中对硅藻扩繁促进效应比较稳定; 而对其他门类的微藻, 外源多胺的促进效果比较差, 甚至具备一定的抑制效应. 而在不同温度条件下, 5种胺对角毛藻的生长有差异, 其中23℃条件下, 与对照相比, 多胺对角毛藻生长是促进作用; 而在15℃和30℃条件下, 多胺对角毛藻生长起抑制作用.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of polyamines on the amplification of the marine microalgae, Thalassiosira pseudonana, Chaetoceros sp., Prorocentrum donghaiense, Tetraselmis helgolandica and Nannochloris sp. were all cultured in the medium with external polyamines. The results showed that exogenous polyamines produced significant differences in the growth of microalgae at 23℃, and the effects of polyamines on the expansion of diatoms were relatively stable. For other kinds of microalgea, exogenous polyamines were ineffective and showed the tendency of inhibition. The amplification of the Chaetoceros sp. was affected in five kinds of amines under different temperatures, compared with the control group. The effects of polyamines on the amplification of the Chaetoceros sp. were enhanced at 23℃, but decreased at both 15℃ and 30℃.
