基于Simio的绕线车间仿真与优化研究

摘    要:绕线车间为一类单阶段的并机生产系统, 员工要完成手工插件和多台设备的上下料作业, 导致其行走距离过长而有效作业时间不足, 降低了设备的利用率和车间的整体产出, 同时绕线设备的产出受随机故障的影响. 为了优化员工的作业结构和提升车间的生产效率, 本文从车间布局、设备、人员、人机匹配及作业等角度提出了5种改进方案, 并用Simio仿真软件对不同方案的改进效果进行了测试. 仿真结果表明, 增加员工的插件数量与半成品/成品的携带量可以显著优化员工的作业时间构成, 提升车间的人均产出5%, 设备平均利用率上升6%, 也就是说, 作业流程优化有助于协调生产系统中的人机匹配关系并提升系统效率.

Abstract:The winding workshop is regarded as a single-stage parallel-machines production system. Workers assemble the components together, and load/unload the product for the machines. The problem is that workers have to walk a long distance between the machines and the operation desks, which restricts the effective working time and further lowers the machine utilization and the output. In order to optimize the operation and improve the production efficiency, five improving approaches from shop layout, facilities, operator, operation, and man- machine ratio for the workshop are proposed and further tested with Simio-based simulation. The simulation indicates that increasing the number of work pieces and the carrying number of WIP/final pieces helps to optimize the structure of working time, which further improves the output by 5% and the average machine utilization by 6%. In general, the proposed improvement approach is helpful to coordinate the man-machine configuration and increase the production efficiency.
