Abstract: | Four clean-up procedures for the determination of 15 organochlorine pesticides in animal diet are studied. These methods imply the use of solid adsorbents such as Silica-gel, Florisil, the use of a combined bed of Silica-gel and Florisil, as well as, HPLC — size exclusion chromatography. The recovery of each compound is considered as acceptable when the value is higher than 80%. The behaviour of each produre with the animal diet sample is studied. A certified reference material of animal diet is used to validate the proposed procedure. |
