Abstract: | This is the fourth biennial review on the developments of food analysis in China.It covers the works on food analysis published in some main Chinese Journals during the period of 1994 of 1997 with about 820 references cited it including elements analysis,compounds analysis,food additives analysis,food color & flavor analysis,nutrition analysis,microbiology analysis,new analysis techniques and so on. |
