简析马斯洛的创造理论

美国著名的心理学家马斯洛认为,创造不是少数人的特权,不是新成就的诞生,不是理性工具主义的产物,创造性的问题首先是创造性的人的问题。要充分发挥人的创造性,就必须承认人的创造潜能,必须尊重人的个性,必须使人获得人性的丰满或自我实现。这种创造性只有经由原初过程、次级过程、整合过程才能充分实现。

The famous American psychologist A.H.Maslow thought that creativity is not minority' s franchise nor the birth of new achievements,and is not the outcome of logos instrumentalism.It concerns greatly with personality.He also thought that we must admit human creative potential,and respect human personality,and make personality full as well as self-actualizing.So as to make full use of people's creativity.In the same time,he thought this kind of creativity can be realized only through prime course,second course and integrity course.
