纳米银膜的制备及其表面增强拉曼光谱研究

摘    要:纳米银膜是用硝酸银和聚乙烯醇加入去离子水中作为电解液, 以紫外光激发, 用银棒电解而得到的。扫描电镜被用来具体观测了纳米银的形貌, 发现银膜上的颗粒是紧靠在一起的。我们以结晶紫作为探针分子进行了表面增强拉曼散射效应的的测定, 所用设备为便携式拉曼光谱仪。结果表明光谱的检测限为10-10, 具有很好的增强效果, 这为研究表面增强效应提供了一种新的基底。

Abstract:The mixture of silver nitrate,polyvinyl alcohol,and deionized water are used as the electrolyte,which is induced by UV-light for five minutes.Two silver poles were served as electrode,and a glass slide is put into the electrolyte.Electrolyze for one hour,place for 24 hours and then take out of the glass slide.The scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) reveals that the particles of Nano-silver on glass slide are compact and uniform.With crystal violet(CV) as a testing molecule,a portable Raman spectrometer with...
