摘    要:利用溶液浇铸法,将4-(4-叔丁基苯氧基)-钒氧酞菁(44VOPc)分别沉积在石英和纳米磷化镓(nano-GaP)薄膜表面,制备44VOPc薄膜和nano-GaP/44VOPc复合薄膜。拉曼光谱分析结果表明,在完全相同的光散射测试条件下,44VOPc薄膜的光散射强度普遍高于nano-GaP/44VOPc复合薄膜。应用复杂网络动力学理论,通过构建薄膜表面形貌复杂网络,对2种薄膜拉曼散射强度之间的差异进行对比分析。表面形貌复杂网络的节点可以视为分子的集合体,而每一个节点又可以作为一个振子。由复杂网络同步性原理可知,振子之间在耦合振动过程中的同步性越好,对应系统的拉曼散射强度越大。
