摘    要:研究并设计了基于LabVIEW的计算机与ESP301电动平移台、SR830锁相放大器之间的通信程序,实现了对电动平移台的运动控制和锁相放大器的数据采集。在上述工作的基础上编写出了太赫兹时域光谱系统的运动控制和数据采集程序,并通过对比实验验证程序的正确性。程序的单次太赫兹时域光谱测量时间约为185 s,为太赫兹时域光谱测量提供了方便、快速、准确的操作软件,同时也为后续研究工作奠定了基础。

Abstract:A communication program based on LabVIEW among the computer, the ESP301 electric translation stage, and the SR830 phase-locked amplifier is proposed to realize the motion control of the electric translation stage and the data acquisition of the phase-locked amplifier. On this basis, a program which can realize the motion control and data acquisition of the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system is written, and the correctness of the program is verified by comparative experiment. The single terahertz time-domain spectroscopy measurement time of program is about 185 s. It provides a convenient, fast and accurate operating software for terahertz time-domain spectroscopy measurement and lays a solid foundation for the expansion of the follow-up research work.
