| 摘 要： | 商业秘密的法律保护是我国法学界和司法实践中一个重要课题,商业秘密作为企业的一种无形资产,越来越受到广大企业的重视。文章从我国商业秘密法律保护的状况及存在问题入手,提出了完善我国商业秘密法律保护的建议。
