人本主义心理学对我国教育改革的启示

摘    要:人本主义心理学是当代最有影响的心理学流派之一,它倡导的"以人为本,人格深化"的思想以及自我实现理论,对于当前我国的基础教育改革有着重要的指导作用.因此,我国基础教育改革应做到:转变教育观念,重新认识教师和学生的角色以及师生关系;丰富教与学的方式方法,并重视情感在教学中的作用;在课程内容选择上,应加强培养学生的人文素质;在教育评价上,应充分发挥学生自我评价的作用.

Abstract:Humanism psychology, one of the most influential contemporary school, advocates the thought of people-orientedness and deepening personality and self-realization theory, which occupy the important leading role in our basic education reform at present. Hence, the basic education in China should insist on: education concept of transformation and re-realizing the role of teachers and students and their relations; enriching the approaches of teaching and learning and emphasizing the feeling's role in the teaching; deeply training the students's humanities quality in the selection of course content' fully giving play to the role of student's self-evaluation.
