| 摘 要： | 对氮蓝四唑（ＮＢＴ）－光照法实验操作进行了改进，用改进后的光照法测定了２种自制的ＳＯＤ模拟物Ｃｕ（Ｇｌｙ－Ｇｌｙ）Ｈ２Ｏ和Ｃｕ（Ｓｅｒ）２与超氧阴离子自由基Ｏ２＾－反应的动力学参数，其值与其他方法所测一致，对改进效果进行了讨论和评价，结果表明，经改进的光照法在简化操作，提高效益及测量精度方面有很大改观。

| Abstract: | NBT-illumination method is modified. Kinetic parameters for the reactions of analogues of SOD-Cu(Gly-Gly)H2O and Cu(Ser)2 with superoxide anion radical are measured by the modified method, these parameters correspond to the reported values measured by other methods. The effects of modification of NBT-illumination method are discussed and evaluated. The result shows that the modified method simplifies operation, decreases costs and improves precision. |
