Oxygen determination in calcium fluoride by deuteron activation analysis |

| Abstract: | Oxygen at trace level in calcium fluoride was determined by instrumental deuteron activation analysis based on the 16O(d,n)17F reaction. The irradiations were performed with 2.5 MeV deuterons for 60 s at currents ranging from 300 to 500 nA. The results obtained for powders and single crystals were compared.
