| 摘 要： | 采用柱分离技术首次从迷果芹植物中分离出一种木脂素 Acoradin,经 UV、IR、MS及 NMR分析得知其分子结构式为 :2 R,2′R-二甲基 - 1 S,1′S-二 (2 ,4,5-三甲氧基苯基 )环丁烷 .

| Abstract: | In this paper, an asatone-type neolignan i.e. compound (I) was separated from sphallerocarpus gracilis(Bess.)K.-pol. It is acoradin, whose molecular structure was determined as 2R, 2R'-dimethyl-1s,1s'-di(2,4,5-trimethoxylbenzenyl) cyclobutome, by UV, IR, EIMS, 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR, DEPT methods. |
