Canonical structure of the CP sigma model in 1 + 2 dimensions |

| Abstract: | The CPN model with a θ-term in 1 + 2 dimensions is quantized canonically. By employing a suitable parametrization we demonstrate that solitons carry θ-dependent fractional spins. |
